RINGSIDE: A FIGHT FOR KIDS COMING TO INDIANAPOLIS OCTOBER 11

The Charley Foundation, the Nashville, Tenn.-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides support to charitable agencies addressing the critical needs of children, will bring its popular Ringside: A Fight for Kids gala boxing fundraising event to JW Marriott Indianapolis on Friday, October 11.

Presented by the Indiana Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, the action-packed evening will feature gourmet dining, music, surprise guests, a silent auction with numerous one-of-a-kind items and the main event being billed as "Naptown Showdown" -- three boxing bouts with local commercial real estate professionals slugging it out for a cause.

The following three-round boxing matches are scheduled: Huston Spencer (Avison Young) takes on Scott O'Neil (OfficeWorks); Joe Dickerson (CBRE) goes glove-to-glove with Colton Snodgrass (Halakar); and Alex Nulf (Marcus and Millichap) squares off with Aaron Kuroiwa (Marcus and Millichap).

"NAIOP Indiana is thrilled to host our first annual commercial real estate Ringside event," said John Sweet, 2019 NAIOP Indiana President and CIO, Strategic Capital Partners. "The fighters, sponsors and event team are working hard to provide for a fun and exciting night for the benefit of a number of local and national charitable organizations. We look forward to the community coming out to support the event!"

"The Charley Foundation is excited to partner with NAIOP to bring this inaugural Ringside gala to Indianapolis," said Carolyn Miller, founder and chairman of The Charley Foundation and event producer. "This fun and unique signature event has enabled us to give more than $1 million to children's charitable organizations over the past 15 years and we look forward to helping NAIOP Indianapolis in its efforts to impact kids' lives."

Funds raised at Ringside: A Fight for Kids will be disbursed by The Charley Foundation to Indianapolis-based charitable organizations.
