Youth golfers of all ages and skill levels are invited to attend the second annual Charley Foundation Junior Clinic on April 28 from 2-4 p.m. at Golf House of Tennessee (400 Franklin Road in Franklin).

The clinic kicks off the Web.com Tour’s Nashville Golf Open benefiting the Snedeker Foundation.

Junior golfers will receive free instruction from Tennessee PGA members along with a free T-Shirt, in addition to music, drinks and food provided by Alliance Retail Group. Web.com Tour players may also attend the event pending their travel schedules.

Parents can register their kids at NGOgolf.com (registration is not required, but appreciated). Golf clubs will be provided, but kids are welcome to bring their own clubs if they have them. Free parking for the clinic is located at Vanderbilt Legends Club (1500 Legends Club Lane in Franklin).

“We are very excited to partner with The Charley Foundation again for NGO’s second annual junior clinic,” said Charlie Clarkson, tournament director for the Nashville Golf Open. “With support of the Tennessee PGA Members, this is a great way to kick off our tournament week.”

“The Charley Foundation and Nashville Golf Open share a common goal of getting more children involved in this amazing sport,” said Carolyn Miller, founder and chairman of The Charley Foundation. “Golf is an outlet to relieve stress and have fun, and we’re thrilled to be able to provide area children in need with access to the game.”

The Nashville Golf Open benefiting the Snedeker Foundation is a Web.com event featuring some of the top young professional golfers. It is the Path to the PGA TOUR, where three out of four members are Web.com Tour alumni.

Played at Nashville Golf & Athletic Club in Brentwood, the 2019 event is scheduled for May 2-5. Proud partners of the NGO include Enterprise Solutions, LP Building Products, Team Construction and Thompson Machinery.
