I absolutely hate dogs dressed up in costumes that make them look like they have arms.
My two truths in the game two truths & a lie are: I’ve danced with Pharrell Williams & I can solve a Rubik’s Cube.

I have been stung by a Portuguese man o' war and if I can survive that I feel fairly confident in my odds in the ring.

Jersey born and raised.. Jungleland by Bruce Springsteen is my favorite song of all time.
I've been to over 20 Dave Matthews Band concerts... dreamt of moving to Nashville to work at Red Light Management with DMB, only to realize they are managed out of Charlottesville... Ending up with Sam, Dustin and Conner is a pretty sweet alternative.
I am fighting in Rumble on the Row in honor of my Dad, who was a giant boxing fan growing up.
I got stung by a scorpion on a surf trip in Indonesia, thought I was going to die.
I've applied to be on Survivor 3 times.
Plaza Mariachi is the greatest establishment in Nashville, also best burrito in town.
I can cook a mean pulled pork... smoking meats on a pellet grill has become my biggest hobby lately.
I can do a weirdly long handstand, a skill that has yet to help me in life.
I can't dunk a basketball... the guys at the YMCA pick me to be on their team because I try really hard on defense and am 'scrappy'.

Until I moved to Nashville in January 2020 (I know — great timing!), I’d lived nearly my whole life in Buffalo, N.Y. I went to college and spent another year or so in Boston, though, and was born in Connecticut, where my family lived until I was almost six.
It’s very likely that if we talk long enough, I’ll quote either Almost Famous (my favorite movie) or The Office (my favorite TV show) to you in conversation.
You should probably ask me for my sweet potato cookie recipe — seriously, they’re incredibly delicious.
I am a Virgo in the truest sense of the sign. Call me if you need something organized!
I love dinosaurs, so you’ll find them everywhere in my house.
I got really into plants during the pandemic, so they’re also everywhere in my house (and, yes, I have a dinosaur-shaped planter).
My first concert was Peter, Paul & Mary (August 1998, with my parents and younger sister), but I always tell people it was the much cooler Garth Brooks (September 1998, as a 10th birthday gift). If you want to know how I remember both of those concert dates so well, it’s because I have a Word doc listing every concert I’ve ever been to. It’s currently 40 pages long.
In my senior-year high school yearbook, I was voted Most Likely to Get Married First (ew). That definitely proved inaccurate — but I did marry someone I started dating as a senior in high school.
My go-to karaoke song is “Criminal” by Fiona Apple.
I’m all in for a costume/theme party, but you won’t catch me dressing up for Halloween — it’s too much pressure!
Before I was a professional musician, I worked as a horse trainer in High School and College… I did the extreme mustang makeover in 2009 and still have the mustang I competed with, his name is Winston and I have a Quarter Horse named Socks.
I grew up in Middle Tennessee, we moved here from Mississippi when I was 10.
I studied Applied Discrete Mathematics at Belmont. (Didn’t graduate, music took over.)
I married into small dog ownership and have two little “floofs” named Miley and Stella that I’m obsessed with.
I have 2 junior Olympic Gold Medals in Tae Kwon Do and have trained up to level 3 in Krav Maga. I have also trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. I have loved combat sports as long as I can remember and will continue to train until I no longer can.
I love the beach and the ocean. My wife affectionately refers to me as a “fish” whenever we go to anywhere near the ocean; I love snorkeling and got to finally go scuba diving in Bora Bora on our Honeymoon this year.
I’m a sucker for good bourbon and an old fashioned.
On top of producing/writing country and pop music, I have a deep love of Latin music and have a few Reggaeton tracks that will be released in 2022.
I have watched “The Office” start to finish 9 times. My love/obsession is verging on unhealthy.
Last, but far from least, I have the best wife in the world whom I love to pieces. Even though I’m sure it drives her crazy, I’m lucky to married to such a wonderful woman who lets me follow my dreams and do things like entering an amateur boxing match.
Born and raised in Newark Delaware, graduated the University of Delaware in 2014. Shoutout Elena Delle Donne. Did you think I was going to say someone else?
Philadelphia sports fan, I don’t want to hear a thing about that Santa Claus story. He had it coming.
Worked in Film Production in Los Angeles before moving to Nashville. I’m in a few music videos, and one feature film.
Studied abroad in Trinidad and Tobago, learned how to play the steel drum. Poorly.
Professionally I wear a ton of hats, I’m an artist manager, day to day manager, festival producer, and film producer. My inbox is a tire fire.
My family founded Capriotti’s Sandwich shop. Give me a flat top grill and i’ll make you the best sandwich of your life.
Was a college DJ that went by DJ Sasquatch. No, I won’t play Wagon Wheel.
Massive UFC fan. I was in the arena when Conor Mcgregor’s leg broke, and it also broke my heart.
Absolutely horrible golfer, but a great hang on the course.
My mantra is Work Hard and Be a Good Person. I believe that with every fiber of my being.
